About the Certificate

• What is NextGen Mentor?: NextGen Mentor is actually a program that trains and assesses the entire process with an innovative approach to the needs of the ecosystem for the most needed mentors / mentors of the entrepreneurship ecosystem and all individuals who want to continue as mentors to the ecosystem.


• Does the NextGen Mentor Program Also Have Certain Levels? Or Is It a Single/Only Program? Yes, there are 4 different levels.
  
  1) Everyone who successfully completes our entry level program becomes a “NextGen Mentor”.
  
  2) We measure our mentor candidates who want to be in our own mentor network with 2nd level mentoring. This is based on the feedback we will receive from the mentors who have passed the entry level and the entrepreneurs we have brought together. Here, if they have achieved over 80% success in 10 mentoring sessions, they will become a “Minor NextGen Mentor”, our 2nd level, which we call “Intermediate Level”.
  
  3) “Minor NextGen Mentors” will be able to become ‘Global NextGen Mentors’ by completing the 2nd stage cohort training program in order to provide the most accurate mentoring in global areas and of course to local scale ups. The success criteria here are quite challenging as they are given in global areas.
  
  4) Our 4th and final level is “Golden NextGen Mentor”. This is the level achieved by mentors who have been in Minoredu's own network for 2 years or more and have mentored more than 1000 sessions and have a satisfaction rate of 95% or more.


• What Is The Validity Date?: After the certificate is actively issued, the certificate expires if the mentor has not had at least 10 different meetings with the startups assigned by Minoredu or found by the mentor before the validity date of the certificate expires.


• Under What Circumstances Does This Certificate Lose Its Validity Outside the Validity Period?: This certificate loses its validity as of that moment if the mentor fails below 70% in the evaluation of the mentoring processes with the entrepreneurs or if he/she is involved in any event/situation that will damage Minoredu and the entrepreneurship ecosystem and/or if he/she is one of the people who realize this situation.


• So How Can You Become a NextGen Mentor?: You can also become a NextGen Mentor candidate by participating in our entry-level mentoring training. Every mentor who completes this introductory program becomes an “Entry Level” NextGen Mentor.
